Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales of Formore™ supplements are generally final.
However, your first purchase of Formore FUEL is covered by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, outlined below.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For a limited time, first time purchases of Formore FUEL are covered by a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your first tub, you may request a refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Approved requests will receive a refund of the product price minus the cost of shipping, subject to the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility
To qualify:
- Applies to first-time purchases of FUEL only
- Limit to one refund per customer
- Request must be made within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- Refund applies to product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable)
- No product return is required
To initiate a request, please email team@formorenutrition.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason you were not satisfied
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow standard banking processing times for funds to reflect.
Formore reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet eligibility criteria or where misuse of this policy is suspected.
Formore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
Orders placed after the guarantee has been withdrawn or modified will not be eligible for coverage under this policy.
Purchases made while the guarantee was active will continue to be honoured in accordance with the terms stated at the time of purchase.
No Returns on Opened Products (Outside of Guarantee)
Outside of the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee above, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at team@formorenutrition.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Shipping Issues
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate with our courier before arranging a resolution.
