Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser and giveaway period
1.1 This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organised by FORMORE NUTRITION SDN BHD (Company No. 202501021802), trading as Formore ("Formore", "we", "us"), through its Instagram account @formorenutrition.
1.2 The Giveaway runs from 26 October 2026 to 2 November 2026, Malaysia time (GMT+8) (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
1.3 By taking part, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above at the time of entry, with a valid Malaysian mailing address.
2.2 Entrants must have a personal Instagram account that is public for the whole Giveaway Period, so their entry can be verified.
3. How to enter
3.1 To enter, during the Giveaway Period you must:
- Follow @formorenutrition on Instagram.
- Repost the Giveaway post using Instagram's repost button.
- Comment on the Giveaway post, tagging three (3) training partners and telling us why you deserve to win.
3.2 All three steps must be completed for an entry to be valid. The follow and repost must remain in place until the winners are announced.
3.3 Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals. Brand accounts, inactive accounts and accounts created for giveaways do not count.
3.4 Each Instagram account may win only one prize. You may comment more than once, but we will judge you on your best single comment.
3.5 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes
4.1 There are four (4) prizes in total:

4.2 The race entry is one (1) men's individual (Open) entry for the fitness race held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, on Thursday, 10 December 2026.
4.3 Prizes are as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4.4 If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, Formore may choose to replace it with a prize of similar value.
5. Winner selection and judging
5.1 Winners will be selected by Formore from all valid entries, at Formore's sole discretion. This is not a lucky draw.
5.2 Formore's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into about the results.
6. Winner notification and claiming
6.1 Winners will be announced on @formorenutrition after the Giveaway Period ends, and contacted by direct message from @formorenutrition only.
6.2 Winners must reply within 48 hours of being contacted with the details we request. If a winner does not reply in time, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and Formore may choose another winner.
6.3 By 30 November 2026, the Grand Prize winner must provide the full name and any other details the race organiser requires for the person who will use the race entry. The entry's name can only be changed once, so the winner is responsible for these details being correct. If they are not received by this date, the race entry is forfeited.
6.4 Formore will never ask for payment, bank details, passwords or one-time codes to claim a prize. Messages from any other account claiming to be Formore are not from us.
7. Race entry conditions
7.1 The race entry is subject to the race organiser's own terms and conditions, rules and waivers. The person using the entry must accept them and complete any steps the organiser requires, including personalisation of the entry.
7.2 Once the name has been changed, the entry cannot be refunded, changed again or moved to another date, division or event. If the person named cannot attend, the entry is forfeited and no cash or substitute will be given.
7.3 The person using the entry takes part at their own risk and is responsible for being fit and healthy enough to race.
7.4 Travel, accommodation, meals and all other costs of attending are not covered by Formore.
7.5 Formore is not responsible if the race organiser changes, postpones or cancels the event, or refuses or removes an entry under its own rules.
7.6 If the race organiser cancels, postpones or reschedules the event, the race entry will be subject to the organiser’s decision and terms. Any refund, credit or compensation issued by the organiser belongs to Formore as the ticket purchaser. Formore has no obligation to provide a replacement prize or cash, but may do so at its discretion.
8. Prize delivery and gift cards
8.1 Formore FUEL tubs and Nike gift cards will be delivered free to a Malaysian address within 14 working days of the winner providing their details.
8.2 Formore is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, or for deliveries that fail because of incorrect details from the winner.
8.3 Nike gift cards are subject to Nike's own terms, including validity and expiry dates. They cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen after delivery.
9. Disqualification
9.1 Formore may disqualify any entry or winner, at any time, that in our reasonable view:
- uses fake, duplicate, bot or giveaway-only accounts, or automated entries;
- contains offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inappropriate content;
- does not comply with these T&Cs or Instagram's rules; or
- tries to interfere with the fair running of the Giveaway.
10. Publicity, personal data and general terms
10.1 By entering, you agree that Formore may publish winners' Instagram usernames. You also agree that Formore may repost or feature your entry comment on its channels, with credit, without further payment.
10.2 Personal data collected from winners will be used only to verify eligibility, deliver prizes and transfer the race entry. Winners' names and race details will be shared with the race organiser for that purpose. Data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
10.3 This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta, the race organiser, or Nike. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability relating to the Giveaway.
10.4 To the extent permitted by law, Formore is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from using or attending any prize.
10.5 Formore may amend these T&Cs, or suspend or cancel the Giveaway, if circumstances beyond our control require it.
10.6 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
